Who is your gaze? Who is your hope? Who are you putting all your concentration on?
Hebrews 12:2:
“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God”.
What does it mean to gaze?
To look at someone or something for a long time, giving it all your attention, often without realizing you are doing like the person.

It’s a pity in our world we see people looking up to their pastors, celebrities and the likes. It’s a pity they get distracted and fall when the man they are looking unto fall or fail.
In all we do our practical example and the only person we should look unto is Christ.
It’s true there are lots of distraction in this life. A lot of things get us carried away, but I tell you they are just for a while because life itself is not forever, it is for a while.
At every point in time, Jesus Christ should be our gaze, so that we don’t get carried away by what happens around us everyday and everytime.
Isaiah 45:22:
“Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else”.
Jesus Christ is the only one you can look unto and be saved.
